I'm Erin, your friendly, neighbourhood solution-focused designer and creative thinker!

Originally from Sydney, I'm now based in the ever sunny Abu Dhabi, with my husband and two gorgeous cats who are 'practically perfect in every way'!

I’ve worked, managed and mentored my way across a wide variety of disciplines including customer service, sales, swimming teaching, risk governance, policy management, dance troupe/committee member, and even as a humble sandwich artist.

This creative energy extends to my life outside of client work and you will find that during this time I’m rarely not attending to one of my dozens of textile, paint or dance projects.

One thing that I’ve brought to the table in all my roles has been creative, solution-focused thinking.

Living between cultures and creative disciplines has opened my mind and given me a multi-faceted perspective on design and how its form and purpose is shaped by our everyday lives.

These women are building something meaningful within their communities through movement, wellbeing, education or creative practice, and want their presence to reflect the depth of what they offer.

My work involves partnering with thoughtful, service-led businesses who care deeply about how their work is experienced by the people they serve.

This means helping educators, coaches and programme creators design learning journeys. This means thinking through structure, flow, materials and the overall experience your learners have from first contact to final lesson.

Alongside that, I also offer:

Using a holistic, multi-disciplinary, my primary service is educational experience design:

Rather than simply operating like a vending machine (money goes in, product comes out), I prefer to work quite closely with clients to understand their goals, ideas and challenges.

Both the client and myself should steer the creative direction and build visual and experiential solutions that support both current business needs and future plans.

For me, design is a collaborative process.
