I honestly came into this process feeling completely lost. I didn’t have a clear vision or direction, and to make matters worse, I can be quite fussy – which made me dread the idea of working on my branding. I kept thinking, “I don’t know what I want, but I’m probably not going to like anything anyway”. 

To my surprise, everything shifted the moment I reached out to Erin. From our very first interaction, she asked all the right questions – the kind that helped me uncover clarity and direction I didn’t even know I had. I felt so comfortable with her, and that made all the difference. I never felt judged or difficult for giving feedback, and she really created a space where I could be honest and involved.

What was created as a result is something I’m genuinely proud of. It feels aligned, professional, and me – and that wouldn’t have been possible without Erin’s creativity, communication, and expertise. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
